Delivery Information

Workwear101 Delivery

• We aim to deliver as quickly as possible and usually do so within 24 to 48 hours on working days so you receive your products promptly.

• We ask you allow up to 3 to 5 working days before panic sets in, just in case of any delays that may occur in carriage.

• Goods are dispatched with DPD and Fedex. We may occasionally use other UK Courier services.

Delivery Charges

• UK Mainland Delivery is FREE on all orders over £100 (ex.VAT).

• If your order is less than £99 (ex.VAT) Delivery will incur a Packaging & Handling cost of £5.49 (inc.VAT)

• Unfortunately we cannot offer free delivery on items shipping to NI due to courier costs, however if you wish to place a large order with us please contact us  and we will do what we can to reduce cost.

• Postage and Packaging for the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and Offshore deliveries may vary due to location and courier costs.

• All deliveries will require a signature upon receipt, if an Item is returned undelivered after numerous attempts by the courier, we can reship the item at the cost of the customer or refund the order minus the delivery fee

Standard Delivery

• We aim to deliver as quickly as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours on working days so your receive your products promptly.We dispatch goods using DPD, Fedex and other couriers.

• If you need products to be delivered at short notice with Next Day Delivery please contact us and we will do all we can to help.

• Orders are delivered to the address given at the time of order and will be delivered by a national courier.

• If a product is currently out of stock or unavailable please contact us and we will inform you when the product is available.

• Any issues with stock availability or delivery concerns, we will contact you ASAP.

• Any delivery delays or courier issues we will contact you and keep you informed.

• Should you place an order and the item be unavailable for any reason, will we contact you and offer the option of a Refund, Alternative Product or Waiting for the item to be back in stock.
